Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, launches, or limited drops, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
ARCHNANGEL is not responsible for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
- Delays caused by incomplete address information
- Packages returned to sender because of incorrect delivery details
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ARCHNANGEL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Taxes or additional charges required by their country
ARCHNANGEL is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
